Hi, I’m Julie 🤍

As a certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, I help people turn over a New Leaf using the art and science of nutrition. My main skills support: fatigue, blood-sugar imbalance, high cholesterol, weight-loss resistance, inflammation, and gut-health. Just about anybody can improve how they feel with applied functional nutrition.

My approach is to uncover hidden stressors that may be causing your conditions. You can count on me to guide you with a strong-spirit and a soft-heart. I am committed to helping you get the most out of your diet, habits, stress-reduction, and targeted supplement strategies to return resilience and balance to your body.

You will be treated as a whole-person. In my eyes, you are not defined by a diagnosis. Diagnoses are often just more clues to the chaos going in inside. By looking at your big biological-picture we will identify healing opportunities and apply personalized wellness principles to help you turn the tides and turn over a new leaf.

My guess is that you didn’t ask for this chapter in your story; the one that brought you here and feels like a mystery.
